B and B Insurance Came to my Rescue

I am so glad that I chose B and B Insurance! When my car was damaged in a hit and run, B and B was there to handle all of the details. In my time of need, this made a monumental difference in the way that I felt during the days that followed the accident. I do not know what I would have done if I didn’t have B and B Insurance.

When I was selecting my auto insurance company, I called almost all of the big- named companies. You know who they are. They gave me quotes that were very expensive, but didn’t cover me entirely. When I called B and B, I spoke with a knowledgeable representative who assisted me in my decisions. I received personalized attention, and felt like I was a part of the family.

After the hit and run, and everything settled, I was fairly compensated for the damage done to my car. I received wonderful service, and my rates were not unfairly inflated. I would recommend B and B Insurance to anyone, and I will continue to feel protected every time I get into my car.

Do You Need Separate Boat Insurance?

Across the US, some 80 million people in enjoy recreational boating and Florida leads the nation with almost 1 million registered boats. According to WESH news in Orlando, the top 3 Florida counties with the most boating accidents are Monroe, Miami-Dade and Pinellas County, with Palm Beach County following closely behind.

Many boat owners mistakenly assume their homeowner’s policy will be sufficient to cover their boat. Homeowner’s policies generally provide very little coverage for boats beyond a small sailboat. Any boat with an engine merits a separate insurance policy designed specifically for the liabilities involved with boating.  A boat insurance policy will cover you if someone is injured on your boat, and will also provide for either replacement cost or cash value in the case of a total loss of your craft. Your boat coverage will likely also provide coverage for bodily injury sustained by others from your boat. It can also include property damage to docks and other boats. Additional coverage available insurances against theft, fire and flood, vandalism, personal property onboard, or even towing coverage either at sea or roadside if required.

We can help you find out if you can save money by a boat policy with your either your home or auto insurance, and find the policy that will suit your boating lifestyle.

Health Care Coverage for Children in Florida

Florida is one of the states that broadened coverage for school-age children under the Affordable Care Act's Medicaid expansions this year. Children between ages 6 and 18 are now eligible for Medicaid. Medicaid typically offers more comprehensive health benefits than other public programs and does so at lower cost to families. Children under the age of 6 had already been eligible. The expanded age range of children eligible for coverage has seen an increase of Florida’s Medicaid enrollments for children by 137,000 this year.

Still, it’s estimated that more than 12 percent of children in Florida do not have health insurance, an unenviable status as having the country’s second-highest percentage of uninsured children, following only Texas with more children in this precarious condition.

Ensuring your whole family is covered with a health plan that you can afford is one of the most responsible things you can do as a parent. If you don’t qualify for a tax subsidy, we can help you discover which of the many private health insurance plans available in Florida will provide the most comprehensive coverage as well as be the most affordable option for you.

What's Your Definition of Wealth?

Personal finance is becoming an increasingly popular topic of conversation. The beginning of a solid financial future begins with the solid foundation of managing personal finances well. This article sheds light on the overall mindset of wealth and its definition.
How do you define wealth? Perhaps one reason so many Americans find it difficult to build wealth these days is that they are aiming at the wrong target. They get lured by decoys — things that might seem like wealth, but in the end do not have its true staying power.

Preparing Teen Drivers

Is your teen new behind the wheel? The process of preparing your teenager to drive can be hard on your sanity and your car insurance. We'll relieve the pressure by helping you navigate the auto insurance market. Call our insurance experts for convenient and affordable rates. Check out this article for a few pointers to share with your new teen driver.
Automobile accidents are the No. 1 killer of teens in America, with 5,000 deaths each year.[1] What’s more, of the 2.2 million accidents per year among inexperienced drivers, 12 percent can be attributed to tire related issues, such as insufficient tread or pressure.[2] Even so, few driver’s education programs offer instruction on tire maintenance and safety. Because many of these accidents are preventable, Michelin and FIA have joined together to launch a new campaign, Beyond the Driving Test, to raise awareness of tire maintenance and safety. This will make available resources designed to initiate conversation between parents and teens, and among teen drivers and their peers.
